| ELLEN HUNTER Known as Nell, this second child of Peter and Jennie Hunter was born at Tanjil South on the 1/12/1881. Educated at Tanjil South, Nell spent her childhood years on her parents' selection and was 18 when her mother, Mary Jane (Jennie) died. Nell later married, a Mr Fahey. Her husband was an engine driver, and when she was widowed, Nell re-married, this time to D. McDonald. In her later life she lived at Korumburra | ||||||||
